Payments

We accept payment via Credit / Debit Cards and PayPal through PayPal Express. We accept all major debit and credit cards through this payment method.

There is no need to register with PayPal to perform a payment, or to have an account with this platform to make a payment. PayPal allows you to make payments using a variety of methods including: PayPal Balance, PayPal Credit, bank account, credit card, PayPal Cards, and debit card.

Will my order be shipped discreetly?

Your order will be shipped in a plain envelope or box. No reference to the products will be visible on the outside of the package.

I just bought something. How long will it take to arrive?

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (in stock items only, check the item status on the product page) Monday through Friday. Your order will be processed and shipped same business day if made before 9 am PST. Our warehouse and shipping partners are closed on weekends and holidays

What is your return policy?

Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, federal health regulations prohibit the return or exchange of purchased intimate toys and products unless DEFECTIVE upon delivery or damaged in transit. Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned. Please remember this is for the safety of all parties involved.

What if an item is defective?

If an item is found to be defective within 15 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item. Use the contact us online form to let us know of the issue. We will then issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) via email which will provide instructions on getting the product back to us. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST ACCOMPANY ANY RETURN IN ORDER FOR IT TO BE PROCESSED. We will not accept any return without one. When emailing about a defect, please state the following information, your order number, OR your web confirmation number along with your name and the nature of the defect. Once the defective item is received back into our warehouse (the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us), we will promptly ship a new replacement to you free of charge once the return is received and processed. Any item returned must have ALL original parts and packaging, batteries if applicable, cords, controls, blank warranty cards, instructions etc.

Can I cancel my order?

If the order has not been processed and shipped the order may be canceled. Once the order is shipped there is no way to cancel as it is in transit to you.

Do you ship to APOs?

We do not ship to APO's and it is not an accepted shipping method at this time.

How do back-ordered items work?

Our system will not keep back-orders. Any items that are not available will be removed from your order. The order will then be billed accordingly.

Can I place my order over the phone?

All orders must be placed online at LibiHealth.com

How do I place an order?

Once you've found the product you want to purchase, click the add to cart button. Once you are done choosing the items, click the proceed to checkout or the mini cart button on the top right of the site to fill in the information required. Choose your desired shipping and payment option. Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation via email.
